Natto making production:
1. Soak the soybeans in water until they are swollen and full
2. Steam 0.5-0.75kg soaked soybean for 45-60 minutes
3. Air to 50-60 ℃
4. Add natto, stir with soybean, and ferment for 18 hours
1. Add the starter into pure milk / fresh milk / 10% commercially available yoghurt, and stir well

Rice wine production:
1. Add rice or glutinous rice and boiled water koji into the machine and stir well
