I do NOT want to lose weight. I’m not fat. I’m actually kind of underweight. I’m scrawny. I want to get muscles, and I can’t get any gym equipment right now, so what are some good workouts that will help me?

PUSH UPS
pulls ups
Bicycle crunches
Step ups on the stairs
Try and get a couple 20 pound dumbbells
Work out your biceps+triceps with those
Hit the treadmill. Every day, run a mile at incline 10. try to go at least 5MPH
Repeat for a year. I have gained 10 pounds of muscle in 2 months. Let me know your results
