Question by isbmfd: Can you do other workouts in addition to kettlebell workouts as part of your weekly routine?
I’m curious are there any rules against incorporating other workouts in addition to the load of kettlebell workout, say in addition to kettlebells 2 times a week, also cardio 3 times a week plus a different strength training regimen 3 times a week? Any help is much appreciated.

You can combine them. There is nothing wrong with exercise. Its just good for one to do regular exercise.
