New Hanover County Health Department’s Public Health Clinic Open House and Ribbon Cutting was held at 2023 South 17th Street, Wilmington on December 1st, 2014. There was a brief presentation at 10:00am followed by a ribbon cutting and tours of the clinic, lab, pharmacy, billing and customer care areas.
