    Didn’t think this was worth it AT ALL. Any one with any common sense probably knows what’s in this book and if they don’t the same information is covered in any decent pregnancy guide.

    Fabulous book, really. I’m not even planning to have a baby…at least not soon…and I’m using it as a daily guide to well being – and it covers fatigue, swelling, leg cramps. hair changes, and constipation too! I love the spa water and am now drinking warm lemon water instead of coffee or tea in the am, and I love it. PS – make note of the dirty dozen and clean fifteen. Recipes are super too.

    I was hoping for a book that actually has week by week meal plans, as this one is advertised to have. Unfortunately, it doesn’t. There are tiny boxes with a list of recipes at the end of each month, not what I would call a plan. The tone of the book is a bit arrogant and unapproachable and reads like the work of an out of touch health nut who borders on an eating disorder. The only worthwhile bit is the information on vitamin requirements. Skip this one.
