    My wife and I have worked through these workouts twice. Some are 5 minute workouts, but most are at least 10 minutes if you really take the breaks recommended. The workouts provided a nice total body toning experience and were doable in a short time span. I am keeping the book and working back through weeks 3-5 regularly to help me stay in shape.
