    Im a big health nut. So i love reading books like this. Now i am getting older and more concious about feeling a little younger and more vibrant. I liked how it broke down what vitamins/minerals help different parts of the body as well as provided a list of foods that are beneficial for one’s mood and body.     Really this is the most useful book about healthy eating I have ever read. I knew before that some foods are good for skin and others are good for the hair, … etc. but I never knew how a specific food makes benefit to a specific organ in the body and also I knew a little about what food is good for what origin. Know after reading this amazing well organized written book I knew quit much about it and I can now concentrate on foods that are good for the specific organ I need to focus on like my hair for example which is not so well.
