    This book doesn’t really have any tips other than common sense and basic knowledge to anyone that has been trying to lose weight. The format was poor and rather obnoxious to read and no true tips to hold true to the title of “losing weight fast”. I would not recommend this book. The download process was seamless, and I am glad I was able to download it for free because it surely was not worth a penny. You can see any of these tips on a basic starter weight loss blog anywhere on the internet.

    The results so far have been amazing! I’m currently in the best shape of my life and look great. Lost 15 pounds. Its been work and slow in coming but I feel so good. This book help me greatly with my goal to lose weight. Even if you are not all in on your plan to diet this year, you should pick this up because you’ll have some fun trying to trick your mind into losing weight! I suggest reading it all at once first, because there is so much valuable information. Then, go back and read a tip, try it as he instructs and go on to the next tip to see what works for you.     Health and Fitness is a guide with great pointers to get you on the way to good health. Although I don’t necessarily agree with all the all the pointers, there’s lots of great information for you to get yourself set up for success! In particular I like the pointers on good carbs. So many people either avoid carbs or eat the wrong kinds! That statistics on women who sit more than 6 hours a day scared me and convinced me to finally be serious about staying fit and exercising.

    This book surprised me with just how much information it packed in. From diet plans to exercises that work for each of the tips being presented.

    The author clearly has done an incredible amount of research, which shows throughout. You will learn the exact steps you need to burn off that last bit of belly fat if you are already quite fit, or to get you to lose a large amount of weight if you’re not.

    The style was very clear and the book was well written. The author is engaging but doesn’t waste your time with unnecessary distractions: he gives you the tips you need and explains their benefits clearly.

    Before reading the book, a lot of the jargon was confusing to me, even though I had heard it all used before, but this book explains everything succinctly and doesn’t make you feel like a fish out of water. The sections on carbohydrates (which are good and which to avoid) were particularly helpful, and the tips about some great superfoods let me know what to add to my grocery list.

    I highly recommend this book – I haven’t really been this impressed with a health and fitness book in a long time. If you want to know exactly what you should be doing to get the body and state of health that you want, this book will give you the facts.
