    If you’re trying to eat healthier, this is the book for you. You will learn a lot from this book regarding the difference between whole foods and processed food. This book will explain everything from what type of food are considered whole foods and also how much to consume per day and why our body needs it. Aside from that, it also provides healthy snacking suggestions and sample meals that you can try. The author explains everything in detail in a very easy to understand manner. I highly recommend this book for those who would like to eat healthier.

    Like so many people nowadays I live a very busy life and as a result a good diet is often left on the back burner.
    Cathy Wilson shows us not only why it’s so important to eat whole foods but suggests easy and portable snacks that can fit into any life style. I am definitely going to incorporate them into my day from now on instead of a fast food, fatty snack. I particularly liked the section on how what we eat affects our mental performance and mood. To be honest I had not thought about food affecting mood before now. It was quite a revelation!
    An easy to read book that everyone should keep handy for daily reference.

    Keeping up with a diet plan is certainly a hard thing to accomplish, as I have done it and failed! But I know, everything starts with knowing more about your goal and planning it properly that’s why I downloaded this book because I know Cathy can help me with my dilemma of keeping up with a diet and can help me choose healthy foods over the processed ones.

    I like this book because it is straight to the point – straight to what we really need to know. I am amazed about how an ordinary topic, such as diet, can be turned into an amazing one just because it is properly written and explained. I tend to ignore the facts about eating healthy but after reading this book, I realized that it meant a lot and I am missing a lot. I can highly recommend this book to my friends and to my family.
