Question by angelou2o05: Tips On Healthy Living?
I’m absolutely addicted to junk food and I always have been. If I don’t have chocolate everyday I get anxious and I don’t like that.Neither do my teeth. I’ve also never been a fan of water either…I need sugar and flavor. I think it’s starting to take a toll on my body as well, don’t know if that’s possible, but it feels like it. I’m almost 23 and I’ve never been overweight [5’2 110lbs] but I need a change.
I want to eat healthy and be active, but don’t know where to start. I enjoy fruits and veggies, but don’t just want to chew on celery sticks and carrots for the rest of my life. This is definitely going to be a change, and I just need simple advice. Nothing too drastic. Like healthy snacks I can eat while sitting at work, what I should drink [besides water if that’s possible], maybe some vitamins I could take or any quick daily exercises I can do because I sit ALL DAY [and eat] at work everyday.
P.S. I’m also a Vegetarian
