    I’ve recently started the 5:2 diet, where you eat normally for 5 days, and a kind of fast for 2. I needed a good variety of under 300 caloric meals, because the 2 days is eating less than 600 calories total for the day. The book has a variety of breakfasts, soups & stews, salads, main courses and deserts. I’ve made 3 main courses so far, and they all were completely filling and tasted great. I’m really happy with these as options, I was worried when I started the diet that I wasn’t going to find anything that filled me up.
