Question by 동방신기 ♥: Any good cardio workouts i can do at home without equipment?
I’m a 15 year old girl and i have been gaining weight. I want to lose it but I can’t afford a gym membership nor can I afford equipment. Are there any good cardio workouts that will help me lose weight? I don’t have a specific time limit since i’m not fat, I just want to be able to have more energy and feel good.

ummm basic lunges and squats, push ups crunches, sit ups
Isoxplosive press up: get into a press up position, keep back flat and lower body until upper arms are lower than your elbows , pause holding the down posistion for 4 seconds. Thrust youself upwards as high as you can so that your hands leave the floor.
Isoexplosive squat:stand with your knees slightly bent and your feet shoulder witdth apart
Slowly lower your body as if you were sitting in a chair keeping your back straight pause holding the posistion for as long as possible and then jump as high as you can.
